
Returns Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate garments (including underwear, bodysuits, and similar items) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or do not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if an item:

Has a major fault,

Is not of acceptable quality,

Does not match its description, or

Is unfit for its intended purpose.
Please note:

Change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference are not valid reasons for return of intimate garments.

If a garment is faulty, we will provide a full refund or replacement in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
To request a return for a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and details of the fault.
