If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please notify us immediately.
On the rare occasion, your item is incorrect or there is an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost, however if the return is due to any reason other than an error on our end, the customer shall be responsible in covering the cost of shipping of the item back to our warehouse.
As the corsets are a personal item we can only offer an exchange on the basis that the item is unworn with tags still attached.
You may notify us using the contact us page to discuss the intention to return the item. This must be done within 7 days of recieveing the delivery. You will then receive detailed instruction on returning the physical item.
